For this post I did the following three readings to prepare for this exercise; What is Positive Psychology & Why Is it Important? (Positive Psychology Program), Greater Good in Action: Science-Based Practices for a Meaningful Life (UC Berkeley's Project Home Page), and Three Good Things (Greater Good in Action).

When I was younger we never celebrated Halloween, so I grew up never liking the holiday. Now that I am older, I starting to really like it and appreciate it, at least just the dressing up part. But it's nice to know that you like it as well. Also, I commend you on taking a step to better your self care, I think that's very brave of you.
