10/30/2018 4 Comments A Week of Three Good ThingsI was instructed to do a blog post in which I record three good things that happen to me each day for a week. For this post I did the following three readings to prepare for this exercise; What is Positive Psychology & Why Is it Important? (Positive Psychology Program), Greater Good in Action: Science-Based Practices for a Meaningful Life (UC Berkeley's Project Home Page), and Three Good Things (Greater Good in Action).

In this post I will answer questions regarding my revision of my narrative project. I used the reading What is Fan Fiction -- and why is it making people nervous? (Stephen Downes) as well as the podcast episode Rewinding and Rewriting: The Alternate Universes in Our Head (Hidden Brain Podcast) to prepare for this revision. 10/22/2018 3 Comments Midterm reflection
I am afraid to talk about the subject I wanted to write about for my narrative project. I was just going to write about my bad haircut. After hearing some of my classmates share their stories I realize it's totally OK for me to share mine. Part of me still doesn't want to actually post it. I am so scared. Please understand I was literally triggered into a panic attack by the recent trial.

10/4/2018 1 Comment Composing a Past Scene: Part TwoFor this post I used the reading My Mother Gives me a Writing Lesson (Martin Lee) as a reference to revising my work. This post is a revision of "Composing a past scene". I listened to feedback from my professor and classmates to make a revision of my previous writing.
